In the console version of Diablo II: Resurrected, the Teleport has a default distance. When you would really like to be teleporting all over the place in order to farm your content faster and get around the place easier in Diablo 2 Resurrected? If you are playing a sorceress, you will have teleport. This is especially helpful for Summonmancers, who use Teleport to "rein in" their armies of minions. Quite the popular spell, any non-Sorceress player can also acquire this skill with the item Enigma. Levels in Teleport only decrease its mana cost, so many players choose to put only one point into it, then let +skill items do the rest. This can help a player pull their hireling and summons out of danger, preventing them from dying and therefore preventing a hefty resurrection cost, or can also help the hireling and summons to focus on a particular enemy, by Teleporting right next to it. Teleport also has a secondary ability of bringing both Hirelings and Summons back to the user when a player Teleports, their Hireling and summons Teleports with them, appearing wherever they do. It is certainly useful in PvP, to elude and confuse opposition. Teleport can also be used in a defensive capacity, evading enemies or powerful attacks by Teleporting to a safer vantage point, or even in an offensive capacity, by Teleporting into a group of enemies and using a spell like Nova. Sorceresses use Teleport in a variety of ways: crossing streams, walls of fire, or even traveling through walls to rooms that would otherwise take longer to reach. It does exactly as its name implies: instantly transports the Sorceress to any point on her screen. Teleport is one of the most indispensable spells for any Sorceress. Though not suitable for larger distances, a Sorceress can make good use of this spell for evading capture, or to reach otherwise inaccessible areas. Without the aid of waypoints or portals, she may teleport anywhere within her immediate vicinity. A Sorceress trained in this arcane skill has the ability to traverse the Ether, instantly rematerializing in another location.
